Elegant and Classic Golf
We played a golf course last year near the St.Lawrence river, this course is around one hundred years old. The course has character and style that is classic. All the fairways and greens are in excellent condition, the superintendent is doing a very good Ping golf clubs with them, he takes pride in his work. The first nine holes are tricky, the design of the course has many blind shots over hills that are in front of the greens. Another feature of the course is the placement of the tee boxes; they are set back in the trees which makes the opening to the fairway quite narrow with best golf clubs.
The fairways are tight, so you take care of what club you choose when you tee off. Back when the course was designed the ball didn't go as far as it does today, so when you tee off here with a driver you can end up in the woods quite easily. I played mostly irons because the course is not that long, I managed to keep the ball in play most of the time I was out there. As I walked along the fairways with my partner I kept getting this strange feeling, like the kind you get when you think you have been here before, deja vu, I have been in the area but this was the first time I played this wholesale golf clubs. We really enjoyed this course from the moment we arrived, it gets to your senses right away. The first nine holes played out in two hours, we were the only golfers out on the course that day that was great.
The second nine has three par fives, four par fours, and two par threes. On the twelve hole which is a par four TaylorMade golf clubs, you tee off and then go to the thirteenth hole. The hole is a par three, which you play completely, then return to the twelfth fairway to hit your second shot. This is unusual, but it works for all the golfers so it has been there since the course was first built. We move along the Callaway golf clubs and make our way onto the green and two-putt for a pair of pars. ishiner
