If you have higher expectation of making audio files in movies or videos to be as your iPhone ringtone, iTunes can not meet your requirements so far. In that case I recommend you to use Pavtube Ringtone Maker, I’ve been in use of it for sometime, and it works well to extract audio files from my video files, which enriched the ringtone source for my iPhone
