Ok ich hab Version 2.1 und nun kommt die Fehlermeldung: "Installation Media Not Found. The media for installing Package `XML Lite`couldn't be found." Error code 0x8007002

Wow ich habs endlich geschafft dieses Zeugs zu installieren =) Wieso geben sie mir auch eine CD mit der Version 1.0 wenn der 2.0 oder höher benötigt??? Naja ich hab jetzt 2.1 und nach 3 verschiedenen fehlermeldungen einfach ein komplett package runtergeladen!! Naja es funktiniert einfach super =) Thx für eure Hilfe

hab ne frage habe gestern Zune geschenkt bekommen 8gb ich komme nicht auf die zune.net oder auf Microsoftseite um mir die Software runterzuladen habe es auch schon hier versucht hat ja auch geklappt aber dann will er updates und dann geht nix mehr.

Also euer Comfort-installer ist ja echt gut, aber leider sucht der "nur" nach updates. Ich bin noch nicht soweit. Ich möchte gerne Zune (zum ersten mal) installieren. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Software zu installieren auch wenn man einen deutschen Rechner (Vista Home Premium OEM) hat und die aktuellste Zune Version 3.0 installieren will? Ich glaube ich habe jetzt schon alles Versucht was hier und auf zune.net zu finden ist und nichts funktioniert. Ich bekomme bei der Installation von 3.0 die Meldung :

Jetzt hat es geklappt. Habe die Benutzerverwaltung ausgeschaltet. Die Befehle die im Comfort-Installer beschrieben sind manuell (Mehrfach!!!) ausgeführt obwohl immer Fehler auftreten und dann das Installationspacket das unter dem Link http://software.philipp-riederle.de/zune.exe zu finden ist (mehrfach) gestartet. Dann ging es.
SEHR umständlich und kompliziert und mit etwa 10 Stunden Aufwand, aber jetzt geht es. Danke euch trotzdem

kannst du vielleicht einen genauen weg beschreiben was du gemacht hast? also für einen mehr oder weniger pc laien

Ich schließe mich Mast3rGr3y an. Ich bin auch kein Experte was PCs angeht (und das ist noch übertrieben^^) Für mich war ein Musikplayer immer ganz einfach: USB-Kabel an Player, anderes Ende an den Pc, der erkennt das und dann lad ich Musik. Leider hier nicht so einfach Wenn ich das Setup von der zune-website installieren will, krieg ich auch die Fehlermeldung "XML Lite not found". Jezt hab ich mir das irgendwo runtergeladen und es funzt immer noch nicht Dann hab ich den Comfort Installer von hier versucht aber da heißt es nur No Software Update found und ich kann nur schließen. Ich bin echt verzweifelt hab das Teil schon seit Sommer und kann es nicht benutzen. (Bin aber auch erst jetzt auf die Idee gekommen mal nach deutschen Foren zu suchen...) Hoffe, jemand kann mir helfen und es verständich erklären. Sonst muss ich nämlich doch zu meinem Kumpel gehen der absoluter Apple-Fanatiker ist und mich erstmal 3 Stunden auslachen würde weil ich ja "sooooo doof" bin und nen MS Produkt verwende *lol*

tja, habe zwar zune schon laufen, aber nur das ganz alte, da erscheint dann nur wenn ich den player anhäng: update your software nur das macht der halt nie!

hallo leute!

ich bin neu hier und natürlich auch total verzweifelt! habe dieses komische zune vor ner weile geschenkt bekommen (auch noch die HALO edition )
naja jedenfalls wenn ich die CD reintuh installiert sich das programm bis zu 95% dann kommt ne fehler meldung von wegen ich soll doch alle programme schließen den pc neustarten usw. das passiert mir jedes mal wenn ich dieses sch-teil installieren will!

kann mir jemand bitte bitte nochmals alle nötigen links + erklärungen schicken?? hab mich hier natürlich umgesehen aber ich bin wohl etwas zu doof bei den ganzen links die hier gepostet wurden bin ich ganz durcheinander gekommen!

ich habe das selbe Problem. Bei mir findet er das "Watson Package" nicht. Und als ich die oben angegebene Page mit dem Link zum Paket öffnen wollte, konnte er die Seite nicht öffnen. Wie kann ich weiter machen, ich habe echt keine Ahnung mehr, bitte helft uns/mir....

Buuhuuu, es will einfach nciht bei mir klappen. Ich hab extra formatiert und mir XP neu installiert, doch bei der Installation über den Comfort Installer kommt folgende Meldung.

Das Setup läuft dann weiter und sagt mir, dass keine Zune Software Updates gefunden wurden. Was kann ich machen?

Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ich habe einen neuen Rechner bekommen mit Windows 7. Hab mir die Zune Software 4.0 runtergeladen, installiert und meinen Zune 80GB angehängt und prompt kommt eine Fehlermeldung: Software konnte auf dem Zune nicht aktualisiert werden. Die Software auf dem PC läuft, aber er erkennt das gerät nicht.
